who we are

We’re more than a catering company.

Campfire Cuisine is built on three pillars: culinary, creative and community. Through food experiences and basic wilderness education, we aim to make the great outdoors welcoming and accessible for all—no matter your background, experience, or activity level.

Based in Denver, CO, our team takes pride in the wilderness in our backyard and the opportunities for outdoor recreation across the state.

We use food to connect people to nature. And to each other.

what is
campfire cuisine?

Cooked chicken wings on a grill, some with a smoky, charred appearance, on a black grilling surface.
A bowl of ramen noodles topped with grilled pork belly and three seared scallops, garnished with chopped green onions.

We define “Campfire Cuisine” as a style of cooking characterized by fiery, smoky flavors.

While not tied to a specific region, much of our food is influenced by Chef Stark’s roots, incorporating Texas barbecue, Southern comfort classics, and Asian-inspiration.

We’re adventurers, problem solvers, story tellers, food-lovers and creatives. But above all, we’re connectors.

community classes + events

Are you a education
or community-focused non-profit?

We want to work with you!

We work with community groups to host outdoor cooking classes as an intro to outdoor recreation. While we prioritize groups that serve Black and Brown populations in and around Denver, all organizations are welcome to reach out for partnership.

Ideally, these community classes are sponsored by the outdoor brands and companies we work with. If you’re a brand that we don’t yet work with, reach out.

Lack of access is a barrier to a more diverse outdoors. Help us welcome all into what Colorado has to offer through education.
