Campfire Cuisine makes reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary preferences and disclosed food allergies when advance notice is provided. However, our menus may be prepared in environments where common allergens—including but not limited to nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, eggs, shellfish, and sesame—are present.

By consuming food or beverages provided by Campfire Cuisine, you acknowledge and accept the risk of potential cross-contact or exposure and agree that Campfire Cuisine is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from food consumption. Guests are solely responsible for communicating dietary restrictions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to the event and for determining whether consumption is safe for them.

Alcohol Service Notice (Colorado)

Alcohol may be served at select Campfire Cuisine events through licensed and insured third-party bartending services operating in compliance with applicable Colorado laws and regulations. Campfire Cuisine does not directly provide bartending services unless otherwise stated in writing.

By choosing to consume alcohol, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older and agree to consume responsibly. All alcohol service decisions, including verification of age, monitoring of consumption, and refusal of service, are at the discretion of the licensed bartending service.

Guests assume full responsibility for their conduct, safety, and transportation following alcohol consumption. To the fullest extent permitted under Colorado law, Campfire Cuisine shall not be held liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from alcohol consumption or related actions.
