(June 10th) Outdoor Cooking 101 - Classic Grilled Cheese
During our cooking classes, participants are introduced to and have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with outdoor cooking guide equipment in a fun, and tasty way.
They get hands-on cooking instruction and learn safety information that is important to keep in mind - especially when cooking in the outdoors.
Classes touch upon the seven Leave No Trace principles with tips and tricks specific to cooking when it comes to planning, prep, fire practices and waste disposal.
