Campfire Cuisine is built on three pillars: culinary, creative and community. Through food experiences and basic wilderness education, we aim to make the great outdoors welcoming and accessible for all—no matter your background, experience, or activity level.

Based in Denver, CO, Campfire Cuisine’s team takes pride in the wilderness in our backyard and the opportunities for outdoor recreation across the state.

We define “Campfire Cuisine” as a style of cooking characterized by fiery, smoky flavors.

While not tied to a specific region, much of our food is influenced by Chef Stark’s roots, incorporating Texas barbecue, Southern comfort classics, and Asian-inspiration.
