During our cooking classes, participants are introduced to and have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with outdoor cooking equipment in a fun, and tasty way.

They get hands-on cooking instruction and learn safety information that is important to keep in mind - especially when cooking in the outdoors.

Classes touch upon the seven Leave No Trace principles with tips and tricks specific to cooking when it comes to planning, prep, fire practices and waste disposal.

All of our classes run 1.5-2 hours long, and can be customized for most age groups.

We offer private cooking classes for groups of up to 16 people. Choose from one of our cooking class menus, or request something custom.

Great for intimate occasions for couples or larger groups of friends or family (ages 6+), our classes can be tailored to meet your needs.

We can come to your home, backyard — or another outdoor location of your choice!

Class Descriptions

Outdoor Cooking 101 is a true introduction to outdoor cooking. While preparing a meal together, students will get hands-on experience with a variety of outdoor cooking gear and leave the class with a general knowledge of outdoor cooking best practices.

Elevated Basics encourages you to get creative at your campsite by upgrading traditional camp meals so they are anything but basic. Students learn the wonders of outdoor cooking and leave inspired to mix things up on their next outdoor adventure.

Cooking with Fire is a class inspired by Campfire Cuisine’s roots. This class explores the flavors and techniques that come with cooking directly over a flame.

Colorado Fresh is a class that highlights fresh, quality, local Colorado ingredients. These classes focus on connection to the community through food and embraces seasonal ingredients and cuisine.
